Washing engine blues

I left my F350 with my dealer today for a Shampoo / Steam clean of the cab and degreasing of the engine. They promised me my coils will be fine. I'll post pics Saturday. I just wish I would've taken before pics of the pig stye when I bought it from my buddy.

COP's are a cool replacement for spark plug wires...i think! A mechanic friend told me that i would really feel a difference with COP's if i put in Platinum plugs! Sounds o.k. i don't know it i could feel it! Took me quite a while do finally finish all eight plugs, but its a good feeling!

I really wish I could've taken some before pics for you guys. This truck was a mess when I acquired it. Actually, my wife almost cried when she looked in the cab/engine compartment. This is just to haul our toys and drive to northern WI so she really felt it was a waste of 2K. Seems the small investment paid off. My local shop charged my $50 to steam clean the carpet seats and the engine compartment. yes, I know that one seat needs a repair. Not sure how to handle that yet.
