Tailgate ???

Anyone know where I can buy an 08 - 09 F250 - F350 tailgate with a cam and a step? I have an 04 F250 with the 09 Mirrors and Im really looking to get the tailgete as well!

I cant find them for sale anywhere!!

Any help would be appreciated.
