Start over.. we can't help you fix your problem if we don't know what's going on. What's wrong with your truck? What codes did you get? How did you pull the codes? If you got a code for a mass air sensor then something is seriously wrong. A speed density computer shouldn't even be able to throw that code.
This is why it's important to know whether these are KOEO, CM, or KOER codes.
From the first two codes I'd say that the engine wasn't warmed up when you ran the test. It also sounds like you could have a bad vacuum leak. You might also start with cleaning the throttle body out really good and cleaning the IAC valve.
The best place to put a vacuum gauge is to find an unused port on the vacuum tree on the intake manifold and put a piece of vacuum line on it. If there aren't any unused ports you can use the fuel pressure regulator line.
You have to warm the engine up all the way before you run the test.
