smoke on start up
I have a peculiar problem that is very embarrassing. If I start my 2006 F150 5.4 L and shut it off within a minute or 2, the next time that I start it, it will blow out a huge cloud of blue smoke. It doesn't do this after a normal drive when the engine has been warmed up, it only does this following a short start, then shut off, then re-start (as described above). It has done this since brand new. The truck is now 3 years old and has 28000 miles on it with plenty of TLC. Does anyone have any ideas?

sounds like its loadin up on fuel from not running long enough after a cold start.... i have towed many (mostly foreign) for that reason .. crank then up and back out of garage shut them off to wash or clean them then crank them up and pull back in the garage ..then the next time they wont start ... yep u guessed it .. flooded
