Four wire to seven blade

Hello, I have done some searching on this and have not found what I need. I am splicing into the plug line for a four wire plug. I see a second unused plug....I assume that is for the brake controller. I am looking for the constant 12v power line, reverse light and electric brakes. Are these wires just made hot when there is a brake controller installed in the cab. I found a plug that has one hot feed under the left side dash. I guess this the place to connect the brake controller.
I just need to get the seven blade connector to work. I think I installed a cort hitch and this is the same manufacturer of the plug.
Thanks for your help in advance........

For what it's worth, they do make an adapter you can plug into a 7 pin & it only has 4 coming out.
