9" Gearing
I have a 9" in my truck however i have no idea if it is original. It has a metal tag on one of the bolts. The tag reads:
WDM-S OCB
3.25 9 313A
Does anyone know what all of this means?

Take it to a shop that specializes in doing rear ends. Or find the gear set that you want at a bone yard, and swap the whole center section. Setting up the gears is not for everyone.

And, there is another factor to consider.
WDM-S: Fits: 1965/69 F100 and 1970 F100 before serial number J30,001.
From serial number J30,001: Ford changed the differential bearings from ball bearings to the Slim Line tapered roller bearing design.
WDM-S: Fits: 1970 F100 from serial number J30.001, 1971/72 F100.
OCB: Assembled the second week (B) of March (C) 1970 (O).

1970/71 Torino: WEB-T / 9" rear axle / 3.25-1 / non Limited Slip.
