Brakes not releasing?

Brakes not releasing?
My brakes seem to stick a bit. Only when I press the pedal slightly and then they release as soon as I lift the pedal up with my foot from behind.
Not losing any fluid at all... Just seems like there isn't enough pressure. If I press the pedal down hard it releases fine.
Brake booster? Drums out of adjustment?
Front rotors and pads are a few months old. Havn't checked the drums in quite a while...

Do you or have you used your emergency brakes lately? I had a similar problem before and it was the emergency brake cable seized inside the drum.
Take a back tire off and remove the drum bet it,is crusty in there maybe time for some new springs too

I have used the e-brake several times lately when putting my boat in. No problems with it that I know of. I've been meaning to put new shoes and hardware in the rear but I've had to spend money on my exhaust to get it to pass inspection this month.
My rear axle only has about 80,000 miles on it total but it was sitting for a while before I swapped my dually axle for it...
