How do you remove the bushings from the upper control arms

thanks

burn them out with a torch.. propane will do..

do it outside AND over appropriate non-flammable cover
(I bought some old restaurant cooking trays (2x4ft) that I use for drip pans..

thanks i'll try that. Got the patterns just have to get started. have removed the volare suspension and have most disassembled and cleaned. Looks like a lot of work for this winter.
