Locking hub question

2002 F250.

Last weekend while climbing hill at ranch right front tire was not engaged.
Both front hubs were locked in while in 4wheel low, standard trans.

Both rear wheels spinning as well as left front. Any ideas on the problem and as always all help is greatly appreciated.

Sorry,

both rear wheels and only left front was turning. Right front was not turning even though hub was locked in.
