Tranny Swap

Is the EAOD out of a 1993 F150 a direct swap For a 1989 F150 EAOD

I assume you mean E4OD? If both trucks are similar drive train (2wd/4wd) and the bellhousings are the same you stand a good chance they will interchange. I know there are some differences in the cast in mounts if one has push button 4WD versus the manual, but internally they are still the same. No changes in the MLPS/Solenoid pack until '95.
