Hey all...I've heard that after replacing U-joints (the middle one in particular) that you should get the driveline rebalanced. Is there any truth to this?
Anyone know of a shop in the E. Valley that can do this and more importantly can be trusted?
I have never had one rebalanced and never had a problem with one being out of balance by replacing the u-joints or even the middle one
If you want to get it rebalanced I would go to Arizona Driveline they are the best for any off road or lifted truck driveline work to be done That is where I send all my driveline work to be done
I've had good results with Dick's Driveline in Phoenix. They custom built me a driveline for my 73 Crew Cab Short bed 4x4, had them make me a front, rear, and the shaft between tranny and t-case. All good quality stuff, havent broken one yet!!
