Doing an engine swap... few questions
Got a 91 f-150 4x4 5.0 e40d. I'm pulling the old engine and replacing it with a 97 explorer 5.0. I will use the stock truck manifold and ignition. My question is can I use the injectors off of the explorer intake on my truck intake. They are new vs 175k on the old ones. Also do I need to use the harmonic balancer off the old motor, it looks like the explorer motor has a different cps on it. Any input would help....

Injectors are the same flow rate(19lb orange top) so yes you can use them. You don't need to use the balancer off the old motor, they are both the same weight so you could use either but it's a good idea to use the one that came with the motor if possible.
