What are they called?
Whats the name of the pieces that bolt on under the hood to the firewall?
They bolt to the firewall then the inner fenders bolts to them.
I found 2 brand new ones today in some stuff i bought.

Inner Fender Apron Re-inforcement Brackets / Fit: 1978/79 F100/350.
These bolt to the upper and sides of the fender aprons (two bolt holes on top, three bolt holes on the side), then to corresponding brackets on cowl panel.

Why would anyone ever need them , most old trucks are fine in that area?
