Intake manifolds?!
So the 300 in my F250 is coming out and while its out its getting some modifications. One of them is a 4bbl intake. Its between the offy DP and the C but I don't know which I should go with. The DP is good for the bottom end and the C is good for the mid range and top end so I understand. I've never owned a 4 speed truck with 4.10 gears though and mine barely has an exhaust so it sounds like its running 5000 rpm anytime you're not idling just about. Basically I'd like to know about what RPM I am APPROXIMATELY running at lets say 55 mph, 33 inch tires, 4.10 gears, NP435, and thats 55 on the speedo, not landspeed.
I plan on towing some toys with this truck, I need to know if I need my power at the bottom or the mid for when I've got a trailer and I'm heading up a hill in 4th.
