We need to go to like Home Dept and other places and recruit folks..

Sorry to see you are stepping down Sean. I know your business is taking more and more of your time.

It is also disappointing to see that the assistance I provided you didn't work out like was planned, but maybe a "fresh" look by a new leader will be what the chapter needs to give it a jump start.

I will stick around until the Chapter gets built up..

I will not leave the job uncompleted..

But when we got 5-10 more new active and I mean active then I will gladly step down and I can help them on the sidelines
