Lets play "What's wrong with it".....

94 F250, 5.8L, E4OD

Has No turn/hazard lights, no brake lights, Anti lock warning light is "on" and computer will not lock TCC.

Remote start will not function with brake light switch feed connected.

What ya think?

turn signal switch. Your brake lights feed into it and that might be why remote start doesnt work and if TCC is cruise control then when you hit the brake wont that also shut off automatically? Just my guess.

Well, because the TCC won't lock and the remote won't work, that says that the brake switch is stuck closed. (Pressing on the brake automatically disengages the TCC)

But why the lights are not working? IDK. I would check all the bulbs, but it's a loooong shot that they are ALL blown. Check the flashers relays. Maybe someone stole them.

Ding ding ding we have a winner!

I thought maybe a few others would play.

I see I didn't post a couple symptoms, not real important but thought I'd mention them here.

Before I knew I had no tail lights/turn signals I tried to get it to flash the ABS trouble code/s for me, no response. No trouble codes flashed at all, not even the "system pass".

My son knew of the issues with it, he was driving it when the whole problem started and had just followed me in his car the night before, nary a word from him about those lights not working. Kids these days....what can ya do.....(shakes head..)

When testing for power at the brake light fuse, fuse removed, it had battery voltage on the "line" side but also had 5 to 7v on the "load" side. Pulling out the RABS fuse brought it to zero on the load side of that circuit.

If I got into it say 3/4 throttle or so, like when passing a car, the computer would give the command to lock the TCC. (I have a small LED light that lights when the computer locks the TCC and have had a On/off/auto switch installed in it for some time now so I used it to go hunting anyway, just locked the TCC myself)

A "guess" got it, a lucky guess by the looks of it? but got it none the less, it was in fact the multifunction turn signal switch.

I haven't taken it apart yet but near as I can figure at the moment the left turn signal inside the switch was back feeding the RABS module power. In turn the computer and remote starter both canceled TCC lock up and "remote start" receiving a signal the brakes where being applied.

Congrats sir. I havent done this job with TCC or anything like that but if its got the same principle as a basic one, its a quick and painless job.

Not a complete guess, but an educated one.
