there are so many negative threads here abot esof and limited slip troubles wanted to make a positive one. Saturday night durring the rainstorm (that delayed the FSU game) I had a girl friend call and say she was stuck in a ditch. She had turned down the wrong dirt road, and the road was pure red Georgia clay. 3 to 5 inches deep and super slick. her 08 tahoe slid off the road both passenger side tires buried in a ditch, running board flat on the ground. Hooked my 07 CC fx4 PSD with Firestone destination Mts to it, switched the dial to 4L truck spun for just an instant then got deep enough for traction. pulled her backwards about 1/8 mile to firm ground.

switched the little dial back to 2wd and followed her home. Ya gotta love the power odf a power stoke, when I stopped to unhook the strap, there was such a pile of clay that her front tires were not rolling, I just dragged them sliding up the hill. I feel for the next person that went down that road, I left ruts, right down the center of road that were a good 8 to 10 inches deep. Then spent 1.5 hour hosing the mud off the truck. I love it when you sling mud on your own roof, and own tow mirrors.
