2002 f250 intermitent head light issue

2002 f250 intermitent head light issue
My 2002 F250 head lamps will go of and on as you adjust the tilt wheel. They will sometimes go off while driving. if you tilt the whell up and down, they will pop back on. Any ideas on what would cause this?

I'm bumping for ya, because I haven't personally had the column apart. But I know there are a bunch of wires that run through it to the Multifunction Switch. I figure you either have a pinched wire, or more likely it's the multifunction switch itself. I suspect that switch because of the bright function.
