Stock wheels are 7" wide and yes 31's will fit, but your final drive gearing is going to suck even more than it is now.. OD will be absolutely useless unless you're moving at over 70mph on flat ground. 3.73-4.10 gear change would make a massive improvement in towing power and performance without negatively affecting overall gas milage.
