i just was wondering if its good to use an power chip from jet, superchips, or any after market air intake like s&b, afe, k&n, volant and is there a after market steering wheel company out there for a swap f150 1994......thanks for the feed back!!!!!!! p.s. what about a throttle body spacer???

Jet chips suck...K&N intake might net you 1 or 2 ponies, but not enough to notice. TB spacers are junk as well.
Invest in real things such as cam upgrades, oversized TB, ported intake and the like. These other "bolt on" devises are just another way to take your cash.

Junk.. all of it. You didn't say what motor you have but if it's the 5.0 or 5.8 the only think it needs is a cam and exhaust to reach full flow capacity of the heads up around 280hp.
The only chips worth anything are custom made chips by a tuner . But on a stock motor you won't need one . Grant makes some nice wheels if you don't need a airbag or cruise controll ....Lew
hey guys...........thanks for all the feed back i will be looking into doing other up grades such as shorty headers, cat back exhaust, tune up and other things, right now i am dropping the front gas tank to change the fuel assembly cause of a common fuel problem concerning fuel returning to the wrong tank..............thanks.............
I think grant wheels are nice and all,but since you have a 94 you have the big bulky column and for lack of a better term it would look gay with a aftermarket wheel on that big bulky column.1991 was the last year for the old school round column and i'm not sure if those are interchangeable or not but those columns i miss and wish my 97 had one.Secondly I own a jet chip and let me tell you save your 300 dollars
I changed the wheel on my 95 EB in 98 after the top of the wheel started to come apart . I don't like air bags & never use cruise controll , so a switched to the grant wheel . Its been on there for 12 years & no problems......Lew
hey guys..........thanks for the great feed back..........hey lew 52 i saw your posted pics and seen blue underdrive pulleys where did you get it from was there a noticeable increase in power and how much was it, if you don't mind me asking and i will be looking into grant wheels. my wheel is coming apart and the leather is coming undone and how did you connect the horn button. did you remove the air bag clock spring???..........thanks............
Yeah i have used underdrive pulleys on all my mustangs i had & the truck . Its not a big gain but its worth it , all the little stuff adds up . Summit has them for about 100 bucks . I took out all the air bag & cruise parts out & just wired the horn to a momentary switch . I used a grant install kit from a older F 250 with out a air bag.....Lew
hey lew 52......thanks for the feed back. i wanted to say everyone has nice looking trucks. i will be looking into summit for a pulley system............and thanks to all for the great feed back.......traxx808..........
