List of problems, help please!
Alright guys,
My truck was running like crud so I took it in to have it diagnosed and this is what we got.
My EGR valve is stuck closed, my remedy was to pull it out, cut out the butterfly and stick it back in. any thoughts?
My Injector pressure control sensor was bad so I got one of those. Any info available on replacing those?
I have three glow plugs that are shot and melted my wiring harnesses so I'm gunna go ahead and replace all of them. Any info on replacing those? pics would be awesome
my EGR cooler hose is leaking antifreeze, so I need to replace that. Any info on that would be good.
And lastly my turbo is only going through two stages instead of all seven. So after i fix everything they are gunna flash it to make it work right.
Does this all make sense? any info would be awesome. Thanks!

Some additional info on your truck would help. I'm betting it's an 03 or early 04 model (production date 09/03 or earlier). ICP sensor replacement instructions are in the tech folder at the beginning of the 6.0 forum as is lots more information on just about any repair you'd like to perform on your truck. I am a little curious on the EGR "butterfly" remedy. I don't think that will help you, infact it might actually hurt you.
