I'll be watching as time allows...I'd love to see a Saawx/Yankmees matchup in the ALCS. Looks like the Angels are determined to see that that doesn't happen!!!
I was watching until the cardinals threw the game away last night(or dropped it). No way are they going to come back and win 3 straight. So,no local teams,no baseball for me.
I'm a die hard to the death Bosox fan and I hate the Yankees and all they stand for. Unfortunately, the way things seem to be going, I'd be willing to bet the series will come down to the Yanks and Dodgers.

Or the umps are determined to see that doesn't happen. Did you see all the bs calls they had last night. Yooouuuukkkkk had 2 outs that were clearly outs and yet nope they were safe. If you forget about last night soxtober officially starts tonight!

Matthew...there were about three blown calls in the game you're referring to. They did not...however...impact the outcome. I've said it before...and...I'll say it again...good teams don't put themselves in a position to lose because of poor officiating.
Congrats to the Angels...they out pitched...out hit...and out fielded the Saawx. They were the far better team in this series and deserved to win!!!

Go Angels...beat the "Damn Yankmees"!!!
Not just in this series, they bested the Bosox all year. Terry Francona was concentrating on building for next year, I think he knew he wouldn't get too far in the post season.
I'm not so sure the Saawx were building for next year...they had some serious injuries that derailed their locomotive this past season. Of course every team suffered some injuries...some less than others...and...some had more success with their reserves. I like that the Saawx didn't mortgage the future to acquire a big name pitcher...Halladay...for short term success.
I agree with you...I don't want to see the Yankmees win it all. I'm afraid...however...that that is exactly what is going to happen. They appear to be the best team out there...by a long shot.
