Anyone have any advice to lend on installing Dreams Beams on a 96' 2wd F150 or similar truck.
Just bought a set and trying to gather as much info as possible ahead of time to limit the number of headaches I run into.
Any experiences with this product would be appreciated.
I'll see if I can get some info from a guy I know, he has them on his '92-'96 F150 extended cab, been on there for years, he's never had any problems with them, and they look good!
Hey when you're talking with him could you also ask if he was able to use the stock springs in the front, and if not what type of springs did he install. The product literature isn't very clear on this issue from the material I've read anyways.
Thanks
I put them on my 86 about a year ago. Pretty easy. Only part that sucks is that long radius arm bolt that holds the radius arm to the beam. Ball joints are also a PITA.
Yes stock springs work fine. You will need an alignment and stock tires will rub bad.
