Hi, new poster, long time Ford truck owner. Have had 302 to 7.3 PSD, just ordered 2010 F250 with the V10 (last of??). How will exhaust and other mods (SCT) affect the warranty?

If you reflash the PCM with ANY aftermarket tuner, your warranty is void. Now,with that said, the dealers can choose to ignore it, or they can choose to be a ***** about it and void the warranty. Yes,you can reflash it back to "stock" to take it in for service, but anybody that knows what to look for can tell if you've altered the PCM with a tuner. Diesels with problems are typically when they REALLY look for a tuner being used, but they sometimes check the gasoline trucks and can void the powertrain warranty if you come in with a problem and you have non-stock programming on the PCM.
Exhaust really doesn't matter, but if you come in there with a problem, and they find aftermarket exhaust and non-stock programming-you're going to have a much more difficult time convincing them that the problem wasn't caused by either or both of those items.

And, they can only refuse to warranty things that are affected by the tune or exhaust.
If the power steering pump goes, they can't refuse to warranty it because of the tune.
Johnny brings up a good point too, that they usually look for tunes on the diesels because it's so easy to get BIG power and BIG $'s repairs that go along with it
