i got a 2000 F.250 4x4 5.4 with 160,000 miles on the clock, all 8 brand new accel super coils, spark plugs all gapped, new fuel pump and filter, ok, heres the problem, when it sits overnight, or after it sits at work all day, i go to start it and it chugs, it will do it for about 5 seconds then it will stall, you hit the key again, starts up normally and runs fine, anyone ever have or hear of this problem
by the way, could this be my idle air controller, i replaced the original one at 100k, this is different then wat it was doin then

 

It's symptomatic of the IAC again. My 2001 is doing the same thing as you described so I'll be replacing my IAC again for the second time. They don't seem to last very long.
