ford7379trucks,

Judging from the photos the Sport Sonic Blue clearly makes the Truck go faster. I say Sport Sonic Blue.

No question in my mind.. The "stock" choice is the better of the two.

Definitely stock - the truck looks great as is. Keep it clean for a few more years and the great looks of the truck will stand out even more compared to the newer styling. I know for me good looking, original, older trucks always catch my eye.

I like the Sport Sonic Blue better. With Polished rims and Chrome running boards.

not a fan of two tone paint. Makes it look like a grandpa truck. Go with the single color, especially if you are doing black rims

I like BOTH, the two-tone with grey bottom and chrome grill/bumpers are a step above stock. BUT the all Blue Duallie is awesome as well, matching grill and bumpers!
I would say that it all falls on your preference!!!!
I bought my truck in DRK STONE because I wanted a grey interior and all the colors I looked at at the time had tan interior. I am kind of bored of the exter and want to add a lower two-tone or paint whole truck BLACK

Ok, I spent an hour this afternoon looking for a Super Duty with 2-tone paint but to no avail. However, I DO believe that 2-tone paint is making a "come-back" and plan to do my 2005 F350 later this year or early next year. Since you have blue as the OEM color, I'd recommend using "black" is the 2nd color to make a dramatic statement. To keep the cost down, I'd use the OEM blue on top and black on the sides. However, black on top is definitely preferred!

I realize that the 1st pic below is not a Super Duty but it does provide the reality that 2-tone is coming back! The 2nd pic is the "type" of 2-tone paint scheme that I would recommend.

well this is what i have. the top pic is of my truck.
Its going in to the body shop for rust removal on the bottom of the cab and a cab corner has a bubble. I wanted to do the bed but its to bad. ill get a southern bed. So it will be painted all little dings removed and rust proofed. the front bumper is being replaced. ARP head studs and gaskets to. I have a set of black teflon coated AR mojave wheels. I saw a all sonic blue for sale and i think it looked better. Séance its getting painted it would be cheaper to do all one color, buy a paintable bumper well both bumpers would have to be bought. and a paintable grill. And i have the black wheels. so i think its the way to go. 50/50 from everyone i asked. I like the silver chrome two tone but i think its a little girlie. the all blue looks darker and the black out would be cool.

i think the black and gray HD 250 looks sweet. there is a HD F150 down the street that looks awsom. i dont want to change the color tho. That is alot of work. My uncle owns a body shop so i am lucky. I can do alot of it myself to keep cost down and for $4000 ill probly come out with $10000 worth of work.

Two-tone paint jobs have been around on Ford Super Duty trucks. They are mainly on their King Ranch and Harley Davidson models. Besides the Harley Davidson models the King Ranch only had the lower portion a diff color. Usually it would be a tan color. My truck is white and gold with the gold on the lower portion.

The AR Mojover wheels are awesome! Also, I really like your signature! Keep us posted on your decision. At the end of the day, we want you to be happy with the mod's you decide to do.
