Those are nice numbers Stewart..

Earlier this summer, my 4wd went out.. It made 2 passes in 2wd and my best pass was 13.91 @ 101 mph.

I went back about a month later (after getting my turbo on and 4wd working) and made a 12.88 pass

Do you have any ET Streets or drag slicks in mind that you'd go with? Also would there be any benefits of going to a Truetrac and just running a limited slip? Would traction bars like the Caltrac present some problems when towing?

Trying to figure out the best combo of work/play for a 2wd I've got.

I use Micky Thompson ET Streets on my Lightning for when I drag race it, I just don't know if MT ET Streets are available in the correct size for my F250. I haven't looked into it yet.

When the OEM limited slip diff went out on my L, I decided on the Detroit Truetrac because unlike the OEM version, it's a clutchless limited slip diff, so it doesn't wear out like the OEM diff.

The Truetrac has great street manners, has worked well under all the conditions I've put my L through, from autocrossing to towing, to hauling (the L was my previous work truck) to drag racing so I know it will do great in my F250.

As for the Caltracs, I dunno how well slapper type bars work with heavy towing. As much as I like Caltracs, I prefer the Rancho type traction bars to eliminate axle wrap.

I actually have Competition Engineering Slide-A-Links on my L and LOVE them, but CE doesn't make Slide-A-Links for the F250 trucks.

Greg, installed pictures would be cool! Thanks!
