I have a 1989 e-250 with a 302 fuel injected
26,000 original miles
after i start it and it warms up the idle is supposed
to kick down
i can hear the idle lower
but not as low as it should be
i relplaced the idle air control valve
but i still have the same problem
can someone please help
and point me in the right direction
Vacuum leak, seeing as there are so many plastic lines that succumb to drying out and cracking, I can't suggest where to start looking, miles have nothing to do with age I'm affraid.
