This is the Borg Warner Pre-99 Turbo wheel that reduces surge and whistles loud!
Commonly referred to by many names: Wicked, Whistlin', Superior, Banks, etc.
I bought it used from a fellow board member, but never got a chance to use it since I recently aquired a complete turbo. Passing the same deal on to my fellow FTE'ers
