The answer is both "yes" and "no". Yes, the 2006 wheels have the same bold pattern as the 2004 wheels. However, the offset/back spacing are different.
The 1999-2004 Super Duties have leaf spring front suspensions. Ford used less back spacing to push the wheel "outward" for better clearance (avoid rubbing). The 2005-Present Super Duties have coil spring front suspensions. Ford used more back spacing to push the wheel "inward" because clearance was not an issue (no leaf springs to rub).
If you use the 2006 wheels, you will need to obtain "spacers" which must be used on the front and rear axles. This will add to the cost of the wheel change. Also, some consider using spacers a safety issue.
