I've got a 96 bronco that my son and I are fixing up to be his first ride.
We're working on the brakes, but cant seem to get the bleed complete on the fronts. The bleed nipples are completely frozen into the calipers. I'm tearing them up trying to get them out. (both fronts are in the same shape)
I suspect i could get them out if I remove the calipers and get it on the bench, but if I'm gonna go to that much trouble, should I just replace the calipers at that point, or put a new nipple in ?
Any insight as to why they lock up like that? There's no rust anywhere, and the rears were a piece of cake.
