glow plug problem

this morning i tried to start my truck and it didn't start at first....to make a long story short i don't think my glow plugs are working. can any one tell me were the fuse is or what to try to diagnos. or fix the problem....i didn't see it pulling any voltage when i turn the key thats what makes me think they are not working. after it warmed up it the truck started fine.

at 45 mine was a pain to start with regular (non syn oil) and a bad GPR.
Some times it would start at that temp and somtimes it would just sit there and Puff white smoke like a steam engine and not start.. I had to jump the GPR with a 3/8" drive extension somtimes.Or plug it into the block heater for 30 minutes.. Untill my new stancor GPR came in.. Now, with the stancor, Syn oil. 5 or 10 seconds is all it takes to warm up the GP's, no matter what the temp is. And she fires right up with no Romps or anything.. Huge Difference.

No Stancor GPR for me but a new stocker and sythn oil installed last winter makes my truck very happy now. Plus, clean battery terminals are a must.
