Backspacing question

Could someone please tell me the proper backspacing for the wheels on an '89 F150? Also, are they 7 or 8 inch? Thanks in advance.

Stock steel wheels are 7" wide(inside bead to bead) with 4.25" backspacing, but an 8" wheel with the same backspacing looks better on these trucks IMO.
