The little cable runs down from the dash, under the column and back up the left side of the column. The inner cable has a loop that drops over a spud on the shift mechanism. The outer portion has a plastic tab at the end that is attached to the column with a single screw.
If you loosen the screw you can move the outer cable up and down as the hole is slotted. Move it until you have the pointer where you want it and then tighten the screw.

Thanks, I got it closer then it was, it 's good on all but park now, if you move the shifter around after it's in park it will read correct, I may need to look further to see if something came loose on the linkage at the end of the shifteron the column.
