model # for shocks

I am looking for shock for a stock 53 f250. I wanted to to get them on before I got the body on but I was told to wait to see how much the frame drops from the weight.

I was wondering of anyone has a model number or the length of the shock that you got for your truck.

You can get them at Advanced auto monroe I don't have the # at work, Dennis Carpenter also has them, I'm sure Mac's & MF also will carry them. If it's stock you shouldn't have to wait to see how much it drops hence the term "stock" :-)
