Well, I got back to working on my 66, going to CTC this past weekend fueled the fire, Got the cab turned over so I can get the bottom cleaned up and painted, pics later tonight or tomorrow. Later..

Woohoo! Got my last part & dry enough weather to lay in the drive way & stuff my gas tank back in my 92 GT.

Then discovered ignition switch split in two...

Wire ties to the rescue, though, and now it runs right for the first time in ages.

 

Finally got around to taking some progress pics of my cab bottom, got to finish sand-blasting and get it in primer. I sure was glad the the metal joist held the weight. I wonder what the cab actually weighs?

 

Looks so simple from the photo, but I can not get up the courage to remove the cab on the 51. I have everything else off. What type primer do you recommend for the vehicles?
