That is always a good thing John. For me I have delayed holidays that I can use over the course of the yr.
Yeah Shaun, I've got the same thing. We get 11 holidays per year and 12 vacation days so it's not too bad. And any overtime we accrue has to be taken back as comp time prior to the end of the pay period. Overtime is a regular thing due to court, training, etc.
