Driving to Tunkwa last winter is what killed the 351 in my truck last winter. Old ticker just couldn't handle the snow shed hill with the cruise set at 100kmph.

I just got my new fly rod yesterday, and just have to go out and try it out. Never too late, and even if the coho have gone past, there is always fish in the river. Never too cold and blustery out.

It actually turned out to be a not to bad of a day. The spot that we wanted to go to was under water. To much rain in the last week and the water level was up, way up. Ended up going to another spot, but alas, the water was to high there also. Atleast I got to get the line wet, and try out the new fly rod for a bit, before it got to cold and we headed into town. We did get to see the sun in between the the rain.
