Tires

So you'll have to forgive me this is not a ford truck related question but it is a general car question that I think someone out there can probably help with. I recently got a 91 Camry to putz around school in since my truck does not do well in stop-and-go that is common at the university. I recently did a tire rotation because the previous owner had put newer tires on the rear and I figured it'd be better to have the newer tires on the drive wheels instead. However the newer tires appear to be some kind that gets road noise worse than the other tires. Since none of the tires are spectacular I am considering gettin new wheels and tires. However, when I did a search for tires the stock size is 185/70/14 and the ones on there now are 195/70/14 (I checked and the tires are all the same size, and also this is not a 'plus' size tire option for the Camry). I'm assuming the speedometer was likely not re-calibrated for the larger tires size, does anyone know how much of a difference this would have on the speedometer reading? I would like to stick with this size as I prefer the car's higher stance with this size tire. Thanks for any info and help even though this is not specifically and issue on a ford.
