Less light with more Power?

Less light with more Power?
Ok, here's the thing(s)
My 2003 F-350 7.3PS SD w/146,000 is acting up,
I put the truck in reverse the radio turns off, take it out of reverse and the radio comes back on.
I accelerate and the head and dash lights go dim as well as the batter light flickers, let of the throttle and the lights go really bright, and on a few occasions the dash needles all peg out, go dead, peg out, go dead and then go back to normal.
If I am listing to a AM radio station and I accelerate I get a buzzing sound through the speakers.
Now, about a year ago the OEM alternator fried, and I mean FRIED smoke and all,
I replaced it and had no issues until just recently.
I was thinking it was the batteries, I have a computer station setup for work stuff and I had left the AC converter on over the weekend and drained the batteries dead, charged them and had them tested, they came back as good.
I am guessing that alll the issues are related to the same problem.
So with good batteries, and a new(ish) alternator, what else could be the issue?
Please tell me its the batteries or the alternator, because if its the board I am going to have to roll it off the nearest cliff.
Dazed and more dazed,
Thank you all in advance for your wisdom and help.
