good morning, i have a problem with my truck, (F150 '92) when i went for coffee and got back in it just clicks with no start. after sitting for a while and cooling off, it then started, once to get me home. Once i got home it just clicks again. Could you help with any suggestions? Thank You

Hi, Thanks for that, i checked them and they are all on good and they are only about 5 months old, no cracks or problems that i can see. any other ideas would be appreciated as it still will not start.

The push on terminal on the starter is a common problem on these trucks, clean and tighten it should correct the problem.
Myself after I clean it up good I carefully pinch the terminal a little with lineman type pliers before sliding it back on, gives it a better tighter bite, just don't over do it and crush it to far.
It may need replaced if in to bad condition, a replacement pig tale is available or just make one. Be sure and use a weather tight type connector, solder and then heat shrink wrap the connection where you splice it in.
