I noticed my yellow low washer fluid symbol was on my dash, but I had just filled the tank up to capacity. Looking in the tank, it was empty!! I removed the tank and examined it for leaks, pulled the pump off and looked for leaks and still found nothing suspicious. I was walking to the back of the Expedition (2001) when I heard a dripping sound coming from underneath. Washer fluid was dripping underneath at a location between the rear wheel and the running board. I don't know where it's coming from or how to fix it. I'd had a leak in that hose in February and the Ford Dealership repaired it. The leak then was allowing the fluid to pour into my rear compartment.
This looks like a similar issue.
1. Is the work still under warranty since Feb 2009 (7 months).
2. How do I find the leak and fix it in that location.
The washer fluid line for the rear window runs underneath the door sill of both front and back doors on the passenger side, just pop the plastic trim piece and you'll see it in there.

I saw the washer fluid hose under the rear door sill, but the leak appears to be beyond that and I dont see anyway of removing that trim piece to view it. Maybe it's goes north to the headliner after that?
If the leak is past that then you have to pull off that whole rear panel to access it. It's kind of tricky to pull off but just take your time and you can get it. I cant recall for sure but it seems to me that the line doesn't go up to the rear window until it gets to the back of the vehicle, I could be wrong though, it's been a while since I've had mine opened up.
