300hp?

I would like to rebuild my 351m as a 400. It will be used as a daily driver with some pep. What components do you all think will get me at least 300hp with a nice exhaust lope?

You'll need a 400 crank, a set of higher compression pistons(www.tmeyerinc.com), a Edelbrock or Weiand intake, a 600-650 cfm carb, a good aftermarket cam and a good timing set. Have your rods reconditioned and use new rod bolts. Have your cylinder heads checked and reconditioned.
I used this combination with a mild Compcam 255 deh with headers and it produced 339hp and 478 ft/lbs of torque. It has a smooth idle though, but with 2.5 in pipes and turbo mufflers it has a nice rumble.
