I suspect some kind of turbo problem as if you did not. Make sure the turbo is sound then check all your boots and up pipe connections. I'm sorry, what was the problem before? With your mods you should be able to hit 30psi easy so you have a serious turbo problem with that howl. Make sure it is not chewing itself up.

I forgot to tighten the clamp on one of the spider boots......that and i think it doesn't like anything but castrol, it killed a motor on Amsoil, and spat out the drainplug on pennzoil. guess the ol truck is a picky eater. Otherwise the truck is done its awesome, thank you to 7.3ers for all your support.
