Generally no. Only very early OHC's had the same bell as the 302/351w. Most are their own pattern.
What are you trying to do? You can get a bell for one of those to bolt up an older trans if you want. Not cheap, as it's a scattershield iirc.
Google "quicktime bellhousings" for those.

I need one for my truck. It's a '94 4.0 4wd and I'm wondering what I can use from a bone yard. Mine is on it's last legs... to the point where I bought an F-150 4wd beater just to be sure that I have a 4x4 for this winter. I'm not a big fan of full-size trucks anymore. Besides, my wife wants the F-150.

Oh, exploder and the 4.0 six. IIRC, the sohc models are going to be the troublesome 5 speed, and electronically controlled. So stick to the 4 speeds from an ohv imo.
You can get an adaptor to put a 700r in there if you want....
