Dangit, wrong Bilsteins. Any problems using them?

Dangit, wrong Bilsteins. Any problems using them?
Got 2818 fronts and 2819 rears.
Read now that the 2819 are for F350s, which have a different (taller) block under the rear springs. Is there a problem with using the 2819?
I think the correct part number ends in 296.

Is your truck 2wd or 4x4? I just put on the 2819s on the rear of my 01 350 4x4. While the site said it was for the F350, on the box it says F250. 
I think it should work fine for either the 250 or 350 if it is 4x4.
