abs
i have a 96 explorer and everytime i hit the brakes to slow down everything is ok until i hit 10 mph then the abs kick in and do a rachet sound but the abs light is not on any advice , thanks in advance

If you're confident the noise you hear is the ABS pump, the problem is probably the rear ABS sensor. Details have been posted before, so please take this opportunity to familiarize yourself with the very helpful "Search this forum" feature.
