Lower the rear end
I need to get the a$$ end of my 2002 f350 CC LB down. My 5th rv rides nose high and the trailer can't go up any more and the hitch can't go down. There are 4" blocks on the rear axle. Can I swap in 1" or 2" blocks (new U bolts of course). Anything else need to be done?

nope, but you will need the F250 ubolts as mentioned above, & you will need to aim your headlights.
I did the same thing as you want to & when loaded, your lights will be way to high.
