Question New Downpipe

I'm installing a new downpipe in the next few days and won't have time to do the whole exhaust at one time, so I was wondering if any of you knew if it would hurt anything to run with just the downpipe for a day or two. I only drive about five miles to work and five back and I can use my boss's truck when at work for a few days.

New Downpipe

I can deal with loud, don't really mind waking the neighbors at 5 am for a day or two.

I started mine with just the downpipe connected. It sounded AWESOME. Talk about hearing the turbo.

Matt is right though. It is LOUD!

I ran mine for about a week with just the downpipe. I didn't think it was very loud. Actually kinda quiet... maybe I'm just weird.
