HELP! Windows stuck down and it's raining!!

Tonight, I was replacing the dome light in my 2002 F350. I accidently touched the screwdriver to the side of the bulb housing, and apparently I blew a fuse. My map lights, radio and power windows are not working. I checked all the suspect fuses and cannot find the culprit.

There was a previous poster with the same problem, but he didn't say what his fix was? Anybody have any ideas? It's raining and all 4 windows are down, so a tarp is over the truck.

Thanks.

Fuses 35 and 41, are common to these circuits. They are in the underdash fuse box.

Update- I ended up pulling every fuse until I came across the blown one. It was the instrument cluster fuse. Odd, my cluster was fine, only the radio, map and windows were not working. Anyway, I now have replaced the blown fuse and have some spares.

Where was it marked instrument cluster, as from what you saw, it was not the instrument cluster fuse.
